A foundation can be as simple as piers for a deck, to cutting out and clearing a site for your new home or cottage.

When we clear a site we can provide the following:

Removing stumps and brush, or chip brush for mulch if required
Stripping topsoil from area
Working with the foundation contractor to dig out foundation to grade
Install drainage pipe and stone around foundation
Tarring foundation to grade.

As soon as it is appropriate we will backfill using clean sand against the foundation. Upon or about the time of building completion, we will slope and grade using backfill and topsoil, landscaping the area around your new construction.
