We offer a service in our area to check on your home or cottage either weekly or monthly while you are away.

Not only can we keep a watch over your property, we offer monitoring services that can trigger on events such as fluctuating temperatures or water in the basement. We will investigate and report .to you If you wish we will have the problem looked after.

Winter

In the winter we can open the road if you are coming up. We can keep the road open in the winter for Insurance purposes.

If the snow load on your roof is excessive, we will report this to you and at your request have your roof cleaned.
